For logo customization, YUKAIHE accepts most common design file formats, including PDF, AI, JPG, CDR, and PSD.

For the best production result, we recommend sending editable vector files such as AI, PDF, or CDR whenever possible. These formats help keep the logo clean, sharp, and consistent during production, especially for embroidery, print, patch embroidery, and brand labeling.

If you only have a JPG or other image file, we can still review it and advise whether it can be used directly or needs to be redrawn for better quality. In some cases, a low-resolution or blurred logo may affect the final appearance, so vector artwork is always the preferred option for OEM/ODM customization.

To speed up sampling and avoid delays, please also share:

  • the logo color version
  • the placement position
  • the required size
  • any brand guideline or reference image

As a factory with OEM, ODM, and custom logo capabilities, YUKAIHE supports fast-response customization for global B2B clients, helping ensure your logo is applied accurately and consistently across different hat and apparel products.
