How to Check Cap Embroidery Quality, Stitch Density, and Fabric Puckering

Use an approved embroidery sample as the inspection standard. Check logo size, placement, colors, lettering and fine details on both flat and worn caps.

• Stitches should be even, fully cover the fabric, and avoid excessive density or pulling.
• Edges should be clean, with no gaps, loose threads, jumps, breaks or color misalignment.
• Inspect for puckering, dents or cap-shape distortion around embroidery.
